food philosophy program

THIS PROGRAM IS COMING SOON! WE'RE IN THE PROCESS OF BUILDING THE DETAILS! STAY TUNED!
What is the Food Philosophy Program?

Cat's food philosophy program helps to make sense of the food world today and how it fits into our individual and community lifestyles. It's so easy to feel overwhelmed by all the pressure to eat and thereby live one particular way.  From gluten-free to paleo to vegan and beyond there's both truth and hype around every choice and it matters.  What should we put in our bodies and why?  It impacts people and the environment individually and collectively.

There's no one answer for everyone as we all have our values, desires, lifestyle and tastebuds.  Most of us want to make informed decisions.  This program provides an opportunity to investigate and implement  personal food choices by considering the vantage points of science and health, the environment, agriculture, the food industry, and food policies as they affect personal well being.  A personal food journey if you will - to think, learn, and do so that each personal relationship with food is not a careless one but rather a thoughtful one that enables a healthy and joyful life!

What will we learn?

Cat's food philosophy program will help you sort out your best food decisions based on your own values and from a place of deep knowledge and understanding of the complex system surrounding what often feels like a simple decision to eat this or that.
